The Team Lead/Project Manager shall possess a business or technical degree, and preferably an advanced business degree. The Team Lead shall have at least 6 years of relevant, recent experience in program management and personnel management. The Team Lead shall be adept in senior management abilities and core business principles to include leadership, program management, professional staff development, problem solving, client interfacing, marketing and communicating. Team Lead shall also demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant scientific principles (RDT &E) and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Government contracting processes. The Team Lead shall have oversight of all contract performance to include all aspects of the contractor's support of all tasks within this PWS, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, integrating, and controlling activities necessary for all tasks to meet cost, schedule and performance. Manages all contractor day-to-day tasks including administrative functions, performance risks and resolution of conflicts. The Team Lead/Project Manager shall be responsible for the contractor duties, tasks and activities required per the contract to ensure program success in accordance with the Government requirements. He/she shall demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
