Coordinate administration and assist in production of Document Archiving Services using a variety of software and scanning devices to insure processes are within compliance. The individual needs to be EXTREMELY detail oriented and has to be able to follow EXACT instructions. Assists in developing recommendations for improvement in procedures and coordinates implementation of the procedures. 
Operates a variety of high speed black & white & color duplicating equipment to produce high quality & specialized digital files, operates various printing software systems for transferring electronic files to printers connected to network; prepares PDF files with Docuware software when necessary; stocks shelves; maintains accurate & up-to-date inventory of all supplies items; lifts, pulls, pushes & otherwise moves printed materials in containers weighing up to 50 lbs.; cleans & maintains equipment.

Professional background detail orientated is a must.
Must have some college/university education. Associates is preferred.
MS Office Windows 7 or higher 
Must be able to pass Maryland State Police and FBI background check
Must have experience with Docuware, Readiris, VueScan, or similar document scanning software.
